Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Himalayan Hardwear! We offer return and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return the product following conditions must be kept in consideration:

• a requirement to produce the original till receipt.
• a requirement to return the goods unused and in unopened packaging.
• a deadline for returns.
• an offer to exchange or offer a credit note, but not to refund.

Refund Policy

No refund policy, except in the case of faulty products or marketing that may have misled the consumer. In those instances, you may be required by law to provide a refund, or at the very least, a replacement.
